Upstairs features two cozy, comfortable lounge rooms, while the downstairs living room offers the perfect retreat for teenagers or those seeking a bit more privacy. Each space is thoughtfully designed with plush sofas, inviting warmth, and an atmosphere of relaxation. Luxurious Bedrooms The four stunning bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort. Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms (one King & one Queen), each with its own TV for added convenience. The main bedroom includes a spacious ensuite with a step-free shower, providing a peaceful oasis. The second queen bedroom offers easy access to the main bathroom, which boasts a luxurious jet spa – perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Downstairs there is another bathroom with shower and toilet. Chef-Ready Kitchen & Dining Whether you're an aspiring chef or prefer to have us organise one to come to you, the fully equipped kitchen at The Blairgowrie Gem has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. For dining, the elegant dining area offers a stylish table, but the real showstopper is the expansive outdoor dining area, which comfortably seats 10. Stunning Outdoor Spaces Step outside to a beautifully maintained sloping garden, complete with charming timber stairs leading to the front door. From the downstairs living room, step out into a cozy backyard with a brand-new, stylish firepit. Convenience & Parking The Blairgowrie Gem offers two convenient parking spots at the front of the property, along with additional parking at the rear. You’ll find garage parking for one car and two outdoor spaces, ensuring plenty of room for everyone. Please note, the driveway is steep, so be mindful when parking or accessing the property.
