Guests have access to the entire house apart from 2 locked storage cupboards. Access is not permitted to the boathouse shed.

The property has 3 large bedrooms. One queen, one double and 2 singles. There is one large living area along with a large kitchen dining area. Two newly renovated bathrooms with shower and toilet. Lovely flat deck and grassed area for outdoor dining and relaxing. Fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer.

We allow one small dog to come along with you. We provide dog bowls, pooper scooper and dog bags. You'll need to bring your own doggy bedding. We request that dogs stay off furniture and beds. Part of backyard is on a slope. There is however a considerable flat area including the front yard, deck and grassed area as shown in photos.
