Sorrento Seaviews is 700m from the bay beach, Cameron's Bight, and the Bay Trail which links Safety Beach/Dromana to Portsea. Koonya Ocean Beach is 1km, and a great place to join the Coastal Walk Trail. We are in walking distance to both the Blairgowrie Sailing Club and the Sorrento Sailing and Couta Boat Club. Local cafes in Blairgowrie are a 2km stroll along the beach. Restaurants, cinema, shops and supermarket are located on Ocean Beach Road, the town centre which is a 3km walk/bike ride on the path along Melbourne Road or you may choose to walk along the bay. There's also the Sorrento Bowls Club which hosts barefoot bowls, as well as Sorrento and Portsea golf courses and Sorrento Ocean Beach which is has beautiful rockpools for swimming and is patrolled. Shelly Beach, Portsea Pub and The Millionaire's Walk, are only 5km away. The walk taking you past some of the Mornington Peninsula's mansion homes that overlook the bay. Relax at the Peninsula Hot Springs, only a 15 minute drive. Within 20 minutes, you can find yourself at some of the most prestigious Mornington Peninsula golf courses such as Moonah Links and Cape Schanck. Less than 30 minutes away is the Dromana Drive-In, Arthur's Seat (Wonga) and some of the most popular wineries on the Mornington Peninsula, including Crittenden, Montalto and Lindenderry. However you wish to spend your time in Sorrento, there is something for you.
Gastzugang
You will be able to access the entire house. Early check in is popular at Sorrento SeaViews, with our unique 1 night minimum stay, even for weekends! We accomodate both this and late checkout whenever we can. Please contact us to arrange, as it depends on departure of the guest before you and arrival of guest after your stay, and allowing us time to make things sparkling clean in between. Depending on demand, there may be a fee. 10am checkin for a 1 night stay, when available attracts a $200 fee (as the night before will need to be blocked out).

Our elevated position allows year round watching of the seasons roll by with ever changing views from sunrise to sunset! The multipurpose open living space features an oversized recycled timber table; the perfect setting for family celebrations, long lunches with friends, laughs around the extensive array of board games, staff retreats or as a collaborative work space. Fully equipped kitchen with enough dishes & cutlery for the whole tribe! Split level with second living space housing pool table to relax and socialise or work team breakout area. Double carport provides secure parking privately tucked in at the top of the steep driveway. Washing off the sand after fun times at the beach is easy with a hot Outdoor Shower!

Fireplace is BYO wood. This can be purchased from Koonya General Store at the end of the street (along with the morning paper, freshly baked bread & an array of delicious pastries!) or Mitre 10 in the Main Street of Sorrento. Doonas & covers, pillows, hand towels, tea towels and bath mats are all provided in a standard booking, as are sheets and bath towels. You will need to BYO beach towel.

Sorrento SeaViews is close to both the Bay Trail and Coastal Trail and the paved pathway along Melbourne Rd into the main street of Sorrento for easy walking. We have 3 bikes available to use at own risk. There are now Uber, taxi and private driver services in Sorrento. We are happy to connect you with our recommended private driver to enable you to indulge in the many local winery tastings or long lunches, including at Peninsula Hot Springs. There are many buses in Sorrento to get you where you need to go. The bus stop closest to Seaviews is Hughes Rd/Melbourne Rd. I would recommend downloading the Public Transport Victoria App, which will give you exact directions to where you need to go via public transport. Searoad Ferries will get you over to Queenscliff for a day trip or to continue your road journey. The ferry terminal is 3km away at the end of the Main Street.
